Tandoori Chicken is perhaps the most famous dish to emerge from the tandoor – the traditional Indian clay oven that reaches temperatures of up to 900°F. At Rang Mahal, we marinate our chicken in a blend of yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and a special mix of spices including Kashmiri red chili for that signature color.
